On the Hook Fish and Chips is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Scheduling and Licensing Officer to join our team. This role will support the management department by completing license applications, scheduling truck routes and locations, and working closely with district management to maximize workflow. Additionally, this role will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with businesses that host our trucks, as well as working with franchisees who utilize our licensing and scheduling services to ensure they receive high-quality support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, adaptable, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment. This position plays a vital role in maintaining operational efficiency while strengthening relationships with both host businesses and franchisees, ensuring continued success for On the Hook Fish and Chips.

  • Responsibilities

    Handle all licensing documentation and compliance requirements at the State, County, and City levels.
    Navigate and manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Website).
    Create routes and schedules for trucks while staying within DOT compliance and maximizing truck performance.
    Conduct market research and analyze trends to improve truck performance.
    Coordinate with District Managers and property managers/owners to book locations.
    Build and maintain positive relationships with businesses in local communities that host our food trucks.
    Work closely with franchisees who use our licensing and scheduling services, ensuring they receive high-quality support and fostering strong business relationships.
    Monitor and report on key performance metrics.
  • Requirements

    Experience with Microsoft Excel.
    Strong problem-solving skills.
    Strong interpersonal communication skills.
    Ability to prioritize tasks under time constraints.
    Strong pattern recognition and data analysis skills.
